About - Sports Arts & Entertainment at SEA District in Corpus Christi, Texas

SEA District is a mixed-use, waterfront entertainment district located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The district spans 300 acres and several city blocks with 13 venues featuring live music, a water park, professional sports, and museums.

SEA District is bordered to the South on Interstate 37, the East on Corpus Christi Bay (Shoreline Blvd.),the North on the Port Authority Ship Channel, and the West on Tancahua Street.

The district unofficially began over 30 years ago with several City (Public) building such as the Museum of Science and History and the Convention Center. Today, there are thirteen separate venues operating in the SEA District that attract visitors from all over the world.

The Association

The SEA District Association is a joint effort by all 13 venues within the district. These businesses are stakeholders in the overall success of the area and are tasked with operating SEA District jointly with respect to sales, marketing, promotion and major improvements to the entire district. It is the association’s goal to create a one-of-a-kind urban entertainment district in the heart of the Corpus Christi Bay Area.
